The management of "TPK Ukrsplav" aspires to increase the operating efficiency of the enterprise, constantly improves the existing productive capacities that allows to increase the release of high-quality alloys meeting the requirements home and foreign standards. It solves ecological problems with securing of sanitary norms, improving workers' labour conditions.

The structure of the enterprise TPK Ukrsplav includes a stock site which is engaged in reception sorting and primary processing of scrap metal and waste of nonferrous metals and alloys. The activity of this site allows to provide the fullest extraction of valuable components into finished commodity. The raw material which handled on the enterprise after sorting on sorting tables passes additional processing with application of the modern equipment-alligator scissors, gas-welding device, hydraulic package-squeezers.

Depending on a kind of raw material it can be processed in:
   - reflective furnace with the bed area 40 sq m equipped by mixers in which refinement and updating of a chemical compound of alloys is carried if necessary;
   - mine furnaces;
   - induction crucible furnaces adapted under the various sizes of ingots.
